Simple Canaan Honey Drink

An easy-to-make warm honey beverage traditionally used to support digestion and gentle weight-loss habits.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Raw Canaan-style honey
  • 200250 ml Warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Pinch of Ground cinnamon or grated ginger (optional)
  • Fresh mint (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the water to warm (about 120–130°F / 50–55°C).
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of raw Canaan honey to a mug.
  3. Pour 200–250 ml of warm water over the honey and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Squeeze in 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice or a small pinch of cinnamon if desired.
  5. Let the drink sit for 1–2 minutes to cool, then taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess.
  6. (Optional) Garnish with fresh mint or a thin lemon slice.
  7. Clean your mug promptly to avoid sticky honey.

Notes

For a citrus twist, consider adding lemon or apple cider vinegar for extra flavor. Always keep honey portions small to maintain low calorie count.
