Sole Water

A simple and refreshing drink that supports hydration and may aid in weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Choose a glass container that can hold at least 16 oz of water.
  2. Pour in about 1-2 tablespoons of Himalayan pink salt.
  3. Fill the container with filtered water until it’s nearly full.
  4. Stir gently to help dissolve the salt and let it sit for 12-24 hours.
  5. After 24 hours, check if there’s still salt at the bottom; if so, the mixture is fully saturated.
  6. Store the sole water in a cool, dark place in a glass jar with a lid.
  7. Stir before use and enjoy 1-2 teaspoons in a glass of water each morning.

Notes

For best results, drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
