Strawberry Gelatin Pie

A light and refreshing dessert made with fresh strawberries and gelatin, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while supporting weight loss.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries, then macerate in a bowl with sugar for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat water in a saucepan until boiling, then dissolve the gelatin powder in it.
  3. Mix the dissolved gelatin with the macerated strawberries and their juice.
  4. If using a store-bought crust, place it on a serving plate. For homemade, crush graham crackers and press into a pie dish.
  5. Pour the strawberry mixture into the prepared crust and smooth out the top. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, slice into wedges and serve chilled.

Notes

For a lower calorie version, swap sugar for natural sweeteners like Stevia. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
