  • 1 glass of water (approximately 8 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Dissolve the blue salt in the glass of water, stirring until completely dissolved (about 30 seconds).
  3. Taste test to assess flavor and adjust salt if necessary.
  4. Let the drink settle for a few minutes.

Notes
