Blue Spirulina Lemonade for Weight Loss

A vibrant, refreshing lemonade made with blue spirulina and fresh lemon juice, perfect for hydration and weight management.

Ingredients

  • Blue spirulina powder (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon)
  • Fresh lemon juice (2 to 3 tablespoons)
  • Cold water or sparkling water (1 cup)
  • Optional natural sweetener (to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint or cucumber slices (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt or trace mineral powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather and chill your ingredients for best flavor and texture.
  2. Juice two fresh lemons into a bowl, removing seeds.
  3. Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of blue spirulina in 2 tablespoons of cold water to prevent clumping.
  4. Add the lemon juice and 1 cup of cold water, then stir or whisk for 15 to 30 seconds.
  5. Taste and sweeten sparingly if desired.
  6. Fill a serving glass with ice and pour the lemonade over it.
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig or cucumber slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For a fizzy finish, use sparkling water and add ice just before serving.
