Classic Old Fashioned Jello Pudding Pops

Delightfully refreshing frozen treats combining the creamy goodness of pudding with the fruity flavors of Jello. Perfect for summer snacking without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jello Powder (your favorite flavor)
  • 2 cups Instant Pudding Mix (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 cups Milk (whole, skim, or plant-based)
  • 1 cup Water (boiling)
  • Sweetener (optional; stevia or honey)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the Jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk until thick and creamy.
  3. In popsicle molds, pour about 1/3 of the Jello mixture, then layer on a similar amount of pudding.
  4. Continue layering with remaining Jello and pudding until molds are full, leaving space for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks in the center of each mold and press down gently.
  6. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  7. To serve, run molds under warm water for a few seconds before gently pulling out the pops.
