A delightful dessert that combines brewed coffee with gelatin, creating a refreshing jelly treat perfect for weight loss enthusiasts.

  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or alternative sweetener)
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option)
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 cups of your favorite strong coffee.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, combine brewed coffee and sugar, heating over medium until sugar dissolves.
  4. Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm coffee mixture until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into dessert cups or a shallow dish, cool to room temperature, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  6. Cut into cubes or scoop out and serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream or fresh fruit.

Notes

For a low-calorie version, consider using stevia or monk fruit instead of sugar. You can also flavor the coffee with vanilla or mint for extra taste.
