Delicious Oatmeal Apple Breakfast Bake

  • 2 cups milk (dairy or nut milk)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Fold in the diced apples gently.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
