Instructions
Gather the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Bloom the gelatin: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of cold water or juice with 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it thickens.
Heat the mixture: Gently heat the bloomed gelatin over low heat, stirring continuously until completely dissolved (2-3 minutes).
