Dr. Rocio Pink Gelatin

A low-calorie, protein-rich gelatin dessert that helps reduce cravings and serves as a soothing snack alternative.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder or powdered collagen
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup cold juice (fruit juice preferred)
  • Low-calorie sweetener or honey, to taste
  • Natural flavor extract (vanilla, lemon, or strawberry)
  • Optional: powdered vitamin C or citric acid

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water and letting it sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Heat your sweetened liquid by warming juice or water with sweetener over low heat until steaming.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm liquid, stirring until glossy.
  4. Combine with cold juice and any extracts or mashed fruit.
  5. Pour into molds or a dish, filling evenly.
  6. Chill until set for 2 to 4 hours.
  7. Serve chilled and store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Notes

Texture can soften over time; best served within 48 hours for optimal wobble.
