Prebiotic Water for Weight Loss

A refreshing drink made by dissolving prebiotic fibers in water to support gut health and aid weight loss.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon prebiotic powder (inulin, oligofructose, or resistant dextrin)
  • 16 ounces filtered water
  • Fresh lemon or lime slices
  • A small pinch of salt (optional)
  • Mint or ginger sprig (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure the water and powder.
  2. Add the powder to a shaker bottle or jar with a tight lid.
  3. Shake or stir vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust flavor with lemon or mint.
  5. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes if you prefer it cool.
  6. Store extras in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
