Soothing Immune Supporting Drink

A nourishing drink crafted from ginger, turmeric, lemon, and honey, designed to support the immune system and promote wellness.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: fresh ginger, turmeric, lemon, honey, and water.
  2. Boil water to just below boiling (around 200°F or 93°C).
  3. Grate the fresh ginger and turmeric.
  4. Juice half a lemon.
  5. In a heatproof mug or teapot, add the grated ginger, turmeric, and lemon juice.
  6. Carefully pour the warm water over the ingredients.
  7. Let the mixture steep for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Stir in honey while it’s still warm and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust ginger and turmeric amounts based on personal taste. Can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
